KFA Welcomes Yancy Scott, PE, CFM, as Senior Engineer and Houston Municipal Transportation Lead

K Friese + Associates, A Lochner Company (KFA) is pleased to welcome Yancy Scott, PE, CFM, as Senior Engineer and Houston Municipal Transportation Lead. Yancy brings over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, managing a variety of capital projects and programs. He most recently served as County Engineer for Waller County, where he directed services including Road & Bridge, Engineering, Permitting, Construction Inspection, Floodplain Management, Capital Projects Delivery, Fleet Maintenance, and Procurement. Yancy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He joins a growing team of transportation professionals in KFA’s Houston Office, which provides civil engineering and planning services to the public sector, including the design of roadway and highway projects.
