Williamson County, TX (March 23, 2017) – After 14 years of serving growing communities within Williamson County, K Friese + Associates (KFA) is proud to officially join the community with our newest office. Located in downtown Round Rock, this location allows us better access to our clients along the IH-35 corridor and will become the new destination for our talented staff who already call Liberty Hill, Leander, Round Rock and other areas throughout the region home, including office leader Chad Cormack, PE, who is a recognized leader statewide in water resources engineering analysis and design. This will be the third location for KFA, with our headquarters located in southwest Austin and another branch office in San Antonio.
KFA has a proud history in Williamson County. One of our first projects as a new firm was a drainage study for the County and soon after, we were awarded design for the City of Round Rock’s McNutt Creek Wastewater Tunnel. Some of our more recent project completions include the new 2 MGD Hutto South Wastewater Treatment Plant as well as the Ronald Reagan Waterline for the City of Leander. Our staff’s previous work dates back several decades to the design of the 14-mile Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System, which connected the cities of Cedar Park, Austin and Round Rock. It’s these types of innovative, challenging, impactful projects that drive us as a company.
Today, we’re proud to count many communities throughout the Williamson County area among our clients, to whom we provide a wide range of services in water and wastewater, transportation and drainage consulting. We’re grateful for the role our clients have enabled us to play in enabling the explosive growth throughout Wilco in recent years and we look forward to deepening those partnerships through this new office.
