K Friese + Associates (KFA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Charlotte Gilpin, P.E., CFM to Vice President. Charlotte has been with KFA for nine years and is directly responsible for the management and design or numerous water supply, drainage and transportation projects across the State. She received her Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Water Resources, from the University of Texas, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. She is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
