As our Water Business Practice Lead, Mike brings 20 years of experience of diverse engineering management and design experience for a wide variety of public sector clients.
A proven leader in managing projects, developing teams, and leading strategic pursuits, Mike leads our rapid growth in water and wastewater consulting throughout our service regions. He was also responsible for originally establishing KFA’s presence in our South Central Texas market.
As a Project Manager, Mike has the demonstrated ability to lead his design team, producing quality contract documents within tight time frames and under budget. He welcomes the opportunity to engage in challenging, fast-paced projects. Mike is excited about developing designs that solve clients’ problems in the most cost-effective way possible – and seeing those solutions constructed.
An avid proponent of professional growth and development, Mike’s involvement in the engineering community includes his membership in the American Water Works Association (AWWA) San Antonio Section and several years of service on the AWWA National Water Supply & Distribution Facilities Committee. He is also engaged with the Water Environment Federation San Antonio Section, the Texas Public Works Association, and the American Council of Engineering Companies.
Mike received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
