In her 15 years with the firm, Elizabeth has played a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of KFA.
As KFA’s Human Resources Manager, Elizabeth is a steadfast advocate for maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all KFA team members. She is a constant resource to leadership, helping to create new programs and devise appropriate policies as the firm expands. She is known for her dedication to continuous improvement, her attention to detail, and her sincere desire to connect with and support people throughout the firm. Elizabeth joined the Austin office in 2008 as our KFA Office Manager, when it was a firm of only 15. As we now close in on close to 100 team members state-wide, Elizabeth has proven her ability to help lead in response to the ever-changing needs of KFA, with a true dedication to excellence.
Elizabeth is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional and has completed the Human Resources Management Certification Program at the University of Texas at Austin and a Certificate in Management (Management Specialties Leadership) from Austin Community College. She is also an active member of the ACEC HR Forum.
