AUSTIN (February 14, 2013) – Tom Owens, P.E., formerly vice president and one of the original founders of KFA, was promoted to executive vice president. Promoted to vice president were Joe Skidmore, P.E. and Dale Murphy, P.E., formerly senior project managers in Transportation/Drainage and Water Wastewater/Aviation, respectively. Promoted to the level of associate was Charlotte Gilpin, P.E.
